Once you have assessed the lift including hazard identification and control measures and planned the lift, it is time to relocate the load.

Follow your relocation plan, and perform the lift and relocation with consideration for your own safety and the safety of others in the workplace.  This includes:

• Use correct manual handling techniques
• Constantly monitor the load and lift
• Work systematically
• Attention to detail eyes on task
• Follow plan and route identified
