To carry out chemical spraying operations in an effective and productive manner in accordance with instructions with minimal damage to the environment and safety to other people/community, you should follow this checklist.

Assess area where chemical control is going to take place:

• Best method of control is identified
• Determine how to minimise risks to others, product integrity and the environment
• Select and use appropriate PPE in accordance with chemical label and SDS’s
• Select application equipment to be used to minimise spray drift risk and maximise efficacy
